Als Inkoper ben je het primaire aanspreekpunt voor een groep leveranciers binnen specifieke artikelcategorieën. Je onderhandelt contracten en prijsafspraken met leveranciers en ziet toe op de implementatie van aankoopstrategieën. De rol omvat het stimuleren van KPI-prestaties van leveranciers op gebieden zoals kwaliteit, leverbetrouwbaarheid, duurzaamheid en kostenontwikkeling.

  • Verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en ontwikkelen van leveranciersrelaties.
  • Coördineert planningen en agenda’s met betrekking tot kwaliteit en logistiek binnen het leveranciersbestand.
  • Bewaakt de algemene leveranciersontwikkeling op strategisch niveau.
  • Ondersteunt de projectaankoop in nieuwe productontwikkelingsprojecten.
  • Volgt marktontwikkelingen en identificeert potentiële nieuwe leveranciers, producten, technologieën en materialen.
  • Draagt bij aan verbeteringsprojecten gerelateerd aan inkoopprocessen.

Je werkt regelmatig met ERP-systemen om gegevens te beheren en analyses uit te voeren. De rol vraagt om ervaring met internationale onderhandelingen en een sterk technisch inzicht, net als affiniteit met cijfermatig onderbouwde besluitvorming (fact-based). Je werkt intensief samen met cross-functionele teams binnen zowel operationele als projectmatige context. De Werkplaats is in West-Vlaanderen, maar je reist geregeld binnen Europa en het Verre Oosten voor leveranciersbezoek.

  • Taalvaardig: U communiceert professioneel in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling; kennis van Frans en Duits is een mooie plus.
  • Zelfstandig en ondernemend: U neemt graag initiatief, werkt zelfstandig en bent flexibel ingesteld, ook als reizen nodig is.
  • Proces- en ERP-vaardig: U heeft affiniteit met aankoopprocessen en beschikt over gebruikservaring met ERP-systemen.
