Position Overview:


This role centers on leading a mission-critical technology transformation for a major regional energy client in the UAE. The consultant will deliver an executive-facing decision-support data platform, shaping C-suite decision-making in the energy sector.

  • Lead technology and business consulting engagements, acting as the principal liaison between client executives and global product, engineering, and energy expert teams.
  • Manage the complete product lifecycle, from strategy to product roadmapping, delivery, and change management.
  • Coordinate and align business requirements with technical execution to ensure the platform meets evolving client and market objectives.
  • Drive agile methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery, actively overseeing timelines, budgets, and mitigating delivery risks.
  • Ensure robust stakeholder management, conducting regular executive-level briefings and facilitating collaboration across multidisciplinary, global teams.
  • Supervise change management initiatives to enable organizational adoption and success of the new platform.
  • Oversee enterprise-level QA/QC workflows and UI/UX considerations for maximum solution impact.
  • Apply deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS), data architecture, and advanced AI/NLP applications relevant to the energy sector.
  • Maintain professionalism and diplomatic engagement when navigating high-pressure, complex stakeholder environments.
  • Operate on-site in Abu Dhabi on a regular or rotational basis, collaborating closely with local and international teams.
