Barge Planner

Heb jij een passie voor logistiek en maritieme operaties? Werk je graag in een dynamische omgeving waar planning, coördinatie en communicatie centraal staan? Dan is deze functie als Barge Planner iets voor jou.

Als Barge Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige operationele lichterplanning (stukgoed en containers) en zorg je ervoor dat alle processen efficiënt en correct verlopen.



Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Planning: Zelfstandig opstellen van de volledige operationele planning voor stukgoed- en containerlichters.
  • Afstemming: Coördineren van beschikbare ligplaatsen, kranen en materiaal.
  • Communicatie: Overleggen met klanten, lichtermaatschappijen en interne stakeholders.
  • Dispatch: Tijdig bestellen van personeel en middelen op basis van verwachte volumes.
  • Opvolging: Monitoren en optimaliseren van operaties en bijsturen waar nodig, inclusief opvolging op de kaai.
  • Teamoverleg: Communicatie met havenarbeiders over de uit te voeren taken.
  • Administratie: Correct verwerken van manifesten en operationele documenten.



Wie ben jij?

  • Opleiding: Minimaal secundair diploma, bij voorkeur in Logistiek Management of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring: Ervaring in een operationele logistieke functie, idealiter binnen de maritieme sector.
  • Flexibiliteit: Bereid om te werken in shiften tussen 06u en 18u en deel te nemen aan permanentie.
  • Communicatief: Sterk in overleg met interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Nauwkeurig: Administratief sterk en gestructureerd.
  • Proactief: Oplossingsgericht en tijdige opvolging van dossiers.
  • Talenkennis: Vloeiend Nederlands en goede kennis van Engels.
  • IT-vaardig: Goede kennis van ICT-toepassingen en digitale systemen.
