Functieomschrijving

Als medewerker Customer Care ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de optimalisatie van klantrelaties binnen het customer care team. De functie richt zich op het klantgericht oplossen van vraagstukken en het coördineren van administratieve processen. Je draagt bij aan een optimale klanttevredenheid door het efficiënt afhandelen van verzoeken, klachten en administratieve handelingen.

  • Relatiebeheer:
    • Zorgdragen voor het actief onderhouden van klantrelaties via diverse communicatiekanalen.
    • Beheren van inkomende en uitgaande correspondentie met klanten.
    • Registreren en opvolgen van klantinteracties volgens vastgestelde procedures.
  • Klantondersteuning:
    • Beantwoorden van klantvragen en oplossen van klachten op een professionele wijze.
    • Identificeren en oplossen van geschillen en meedenken over structurele verbeteringen.
    • Informeren van klanten over diensten en processen.
  • Administratieve coördinatie:
    • Verzamelen, beheren en controleren van klantgegevens.
    • Uitvoeren van administratieve taken, rapportages en registraties in systemen zoals Google Sheets en Microsoft Excel.
    • Zorgdragen voor efficiënte interne communicatie en afstemming tussen betrokken afdelingen.
  • Procesoptimalisatie en projectondersteuning:
    • Signaleren van knelpunten in processen en adviseren over verbeteringen in klantcontact.
    • Ondersteunen bij de implementatie van projectmatige werkzaamheden of nieuwe klantgerichte initiatieven.
  • Talenkennis:
    • Dagelijkse werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
    • Zorgdragen voor correcte schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatie in beide talen.

De rol omvat het onderhouden van hoogwaardige klantrelaties, het waarborgen van een nauwkeurige administratie en het ondersteunen van interne processen binnen het customer care team. Accuratesse, resultaatgerichtheid en heldere communicatie zijn essentieel binnen deze functie.

  • Ervaring en affiniteit met klantadministratie: U heeft al een stevige basiskennis van administratieve processen binnen de logistieke of shippingsector, en begrijpt het belang van klanttevredenheid en -retentie.
  • Technisch vaardig: U beheerst Google Sheets en Excel en vindt het leuk om deze tools slim in te zetten voor het optimaliseren van administratieve processen.
