Omschrijving van de functie

Voor een toonaangevende speler binnen de energiesector zoeken we een Operations Manager die instaat voor het dagelijks operationeel beheer van meerdere activiteiten. Je waakt over een efficiënte, veilige en klantgerichte werking en vertaalt strategische doelstellingen naar concrete operationele acties. In deze rol combineer je people management, procesoptimalisatie en operationele opvolging in een dynamische omgeving waar service, veiligheid en continuïteit centraal staan.


Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

• Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van operationele teams binnen verschillende activiteiten.
• Vertalen van bedrijfsdoelstellingen naar een efficiënte dagelijkse werking.
• Bewaken en verbeteren van operationele processen, servicegraad en kwaliteit.
• Zorgen voor een optimale samenwerking tussen operations, planning, logistiek en klantenservice.
• Opvolgen van KPI’s rond veiligheid, efficiëntie, kosten en klantentevredenheid.
• Initiëren en begeleiden van verbeter- en optimalisatietrajecten.
• Garanderen van naleving van procedures, wetgeving en veiligheidsnormen.


Operationele verantwoordelijkheden

• Dagelijkse opvolging van operationele prestaties en personeelsplanning.
• Coördineren van activiteiten rond levering, interventies en service.
• Behandelen van operationele escalaties en het zoeken naar structurele oplossingen.
• Analyseren van prestaties, capaciteit en efficiëntie van teams en processen.
• Rapporteren aan het management over resultaten, risico’s en verbeterpunten.
• Actief bijdragen aan digitalisering en optimalisatie van operationele workflows.


Je profiel

• Bachelor of master denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische, logistieke of economische richting.
• Relevante ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen operations, logistiek of servicegerichte omgevingen.
• Sterke people manager met een coachende en motiverende leiderschapsstijl.
• Analytisch, gestructureerd en resultaatgericht.
• Besluitvaardig, stressbestendig en comfortabel in een operationele context.
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en vlotte samenwerking met diverse stakeholders.
• Vlotte kennis van Nederlands; kennis van Engels is een plus.
