Functieomschrijving

Welkom in de wereld van Machine Learning Engineering met een flinke knipoog richting Software Architectuur! In deze senior rol geef je vorm aan geavanceerde oplossingen op het snijvlak van data, AI en moderne cloudplatforms. Je bouwt niet alleen aan slimme algoritmes, maar zorgt ook dat het grotere geheel klopt. Hier werk je met cutting-edge technologieën en mag je elke dag creatief én analytisch losgaan.

  • Dagelijkse werkzaamheden:
    • Ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en verbeteren van machine learning modellen die écht impact hebben.
    • Vertalen van business vraagstukken naar technische AI-oplossingen, waarbij je Python als je beste vriend gebruikt.
    • Zorgen voor een feilloze integratie en optimalisatie van data pipelines, veelal draaiend op SQL Server en Azure-omgevingen.
    • Samenwerken met collega-engineers en architecten om schaalbare, onderhoudbare en future-proof oplossingen te realiseren.
    • Architecturale keuzes maken die zowel team-overbruggend als technisch doordacht zijn.
    • Bewaken van performance, duurzaamheid en veiligheid van de totale oplossing.
    • Regelmatig sparren tijdens Agile/Scrum ceremonies of in de Kanban-flow voor maximale efficiëntie.
    • Automatiseren en beheren van deployment pipelines in Azure DevOps, zodat alles soepel naar productie rolt.
    • Incidenteel ondersteuning bieden rondom .NET/ASP.NET architecturale afstemmingen wanneer het project dat vraagt.

Doelstellingen en scope:

  • Opbouwen van betrouwbare machine learning services in een enterprise cloud setting.
  • Architectonisch richting geven aan AI-platforms die toekomstbestendig zijn.
  • Grote hoeveelheden data omzetten naar slimme inzichten en geautomatiseerde beslissingen.
  • Mee innoveren in multidisciplinaire teams en kennis delen in het Nederlands en Engels.

Technologieën & Methodieken:

  • Python, SQL Server, Azure, Azure DevOps
  • Ervaring met (maar niet beperkt tot) ASP.NET en .NET
  • Affiniteit met Agile, Scrum en Kanban-oplossingsroutes

Taalomgeving: Dagelijks schakelen in het Nederlands (vloeiend), met regelmatig overleg of documentatie in het Engels.
