Omschrijving van de functie

Voor een internationaal en toonaangevend productiebedrijf in regio Waregem (West-Vlaanderen) zoeken we een Planning Manager. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen, opvolgen en optimaliseren van de productie- en materiaalplanning. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte planning van grondstoffen tot afgewerkt product en coördineert capaciteit, voorraad en prioriteiten tussen verschillende teams. Je werkt nauw samen met interne en externe partners en neemt een coachende rol op binnen het planningsteam. Je bouwt aan een betrouwbare, vooruitdenkende planning die de operationele werking en klantentevredenheid versterkt.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

• Je ontwikkelt en beheert de volledige productieplanning, inclusief capaciteit en prioriteiten.
• Je stemt planning en materiaalbeschikbaarheid af met leveranciers en bewaakt leverbetrouwbaarheid.
• Je werkt nauw samen met productie, logistiek, aankoop en customer service om bottlenecks te vermijden.
• Je analyseert voorraadniveaus en supply chain KPI’s en neemt actie om servicegraad en efficiëntie te verbeteren.
• Je fungeert als key user voor planning- en warehouseprocessen in het ERP-systeem.
• Je initieert en leidt verbeterprojecten op het gebied van planning en supply chain optimalisatie.

Operationele verantwoordelijkheden

• Opstellen, bijsturen en opvolgen van de gedetailleerde productieplanning.
• Coördineren van interne capaciteit, productievolumes en samenwerking met externe subcontractors.
• Bewaken van de voorraadstromen en opvolgen van leveringen tussen interne en externe magazijnen.
• Monitoren van KPI’s zoals voorraadrotatie, materiaalbeschikbaarheid, leverperformance en productie-efficiëntie.
• Afstemmen van planning bij lancering van nieuwe producten of wijzigingen in het assortiment.
• Uitvoeren van ad-hoc analyses en rapportages ter ondersteuning van operationele beslissingen.

Je profiel

• Bachelor of master in supply chain, logistiek, economie of gelijkwaardige richting.
• Meerdere jaren relevante ervaring binnen planning of supply chain in een productieomgeving.
• Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een proactieve, resultaatgerichte mindset.
• Communicatief sterk en in staat om een team te coachen, ondersteunen en motiveren.
• Flexibel, stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht.
• Goede kennis van ERP-systemen (SAP is een plus) en MS Office; ervaring met Power BI is een voordeel.
• Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en goede basis Engels.
