Als Group Lead Buyer Indirects ben je verantwoordelijk voor de strategische centrale aankoop van diverse indirecte categorieën, met een sterke focus op technische noden zoals MRO (reserveonderdelen), CAPEX, energie en logistiek. Je analyseert de groepsuitgaven, identificeert synergieën en optimaliseert de sourcingstrategieën om kostenbesparingen en innovatie te realiseren. In deze internationale rol leid je projecten over verschillende sites heen en bouw je duurzame partnerschappen op met leveranciers op groepsniveau.


Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Beheren en consolideren van centrale sourcingactiviteiten voor categorieën zoals MRO, technische diensten en energie.
  • Analyseren van complexe data en markttrends om synergievoordelen en kostenbesparingen op groepsniveau te identificeren.
  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van strategische inkoopplannen en "total cost of ownership" (TCO) modellen.
  • Onderhandelen over raamcontracten en het beheren van prijszetting, condities en inkooprisico’s.
  • Leiden van multidisciplinaire projecten in samenwerking met lokale site-managers en departementshoofden.
  • Actief beheren van leveranciersprestaties en het uitbouwen van strategische vendor-partnerships.
  • Initiëren van innovatietrajecten en procesverbeteringen binnen de diverse inkoopcategorieën.


Je vereisten:

  • Bachelor of Master in een technische richting (bijv. Ingenieur) of Economie met sterke technische affiniteit.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in indirecte sourcing binnen een technische productieomgeving (MRO/CAPEX).
  • Diepgaande kennis van strategische inkoopmethodieken zoals category management, RFX en risicobeheer.
  • Sterke onderhandelaar met het vermogen om complexe netwerkrelaties op te bouwen en te onderhouden.
  • Uitstekende analytische vaardigheden voor het interpreteren van data en het maken van gegronde beslissingen.
  • Vloeiende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels; kennis van het Frans is een sterke troef.
  • Bereidheid tot frequent internationaal reizen binnen de Benelux en Europa (ca. 30%).
