Als Senior Calculator Technieken bij een klasse 8 bouwbedrijf ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de kostprijsberekening en voorbereiding van complexe technische projecten. Je combineert technisch inzicht, analyse en communicatie om projecten correct en competitief op te starten.



Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Projectanalyse: Je bestudeert projecten in al hun technische en administratieve aspecten.
  • Domeinen: Je werkt op projecten binnen waterzuivering, gebouwtechnieken en infrastructuurinstallaties.
  • Offertes: Je stelt prijsvragen op en vergelijkt offertes van leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Calculatie: Je maakt gedetailleerde kostprijsberekeningen en werkbegrotingen, inclusief risico’s en marges.
  • Aanbesteding: Je stelt offertes op richting klanten.
  • Samenwerking: Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s en rapporteert aan de hoofdcalculator.
  • Contacten: Je onderhoudt relaties met klanten en leveranciers.



Jouw profiel

  • Opleiding: Bachelor of Master in een technische richting (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
  • Ervaring: Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring, bij voorkeur binnen een klasse 8 bouwbedrijf.
  • Technisch inzicht: Sterk analytisch vermogen en oplossingsgericht denken.
  • Software: Vlot met MS Office en bekend met calculatietools.
  • Communicatie: Sterk in overleg met interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Werkstijl: Nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en gestructureerd.
  • Talen: Vlot Nederlands, kennis van Frans en Engels is een plus.
  • Drive: Motivatie om mee te bouwen aan de groei van een technische afdeling.
