Au sein de l’équipe KYC & AML, sur la première ligne de défense et sous la responsabilité directe du Responsable KYC & AML, vos principales missions sont les suivantes :


- Analyser les documents clients reçus du back-office externalisé en charge de la collecte des documents ;

- Entreprendre une diligence raisonnable à l'égard de la clientèle et une diligence raisonnable renforcée, et mener une enquête approfondie sur la source de patrimoine et de fonds de certains clients

- Évaluer la situation financière du client pour apporter une valeur ajoutée à votre analyse de la source de revenus

- Appliquer la notation AML et effectuer l'évaluation des risques clients

- Formaliser la conclusion KYC avant l'approbation ou le rejet du client conformément aux directives et aux normes énoncées dans la politique de lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent et les procédures ultérieures.

- Gérer les sanctions et les embargos

- Effectuer un ensemble a priori de contrôles AML avant l'exécution de la transaction

- Enquêter sur les transactions suspectes et préparer des rapports d'activité suspecte

- Exécution des contrôles de niveau 1, dont l'assurance qualité du KYC et l'évaluation des risques clients effectuée par l'équipe

- Reporting des KPI au responsable KYC & AML


Description du profil

Votre profil :


Diplômé d’un Bac +5 en économie, finance ou commerce, vous disposez d’une première expérience dans le secteur du KYC et de criminalité financière (AML, sanctions et embargos) que vous avez exercé au sein d’une institution financière.

Vous disposez d’une excellente compréhension du cadre réglementaire associé à l’AML-CTF, des dispositions légales concernant le KYC, de l’identification des clients.

Vous avez de bonnes bases en finances et faites preuves d’excellentes aptitudes analytiques et rédactionnelles.


Vous êtes une personne qui fait preuve de curiosité et d’agilité au quotidien. Vous êtes à l’aise dans un environnement international et multiculturel. Vous appréciez d’évoluer dans un environnement type start-up au sein duquel les process sont en constante évolution. Vous êtes à l’aise dans la gestion de projets transverses.

Vous maîtrisez impérativement l’Anglais (langue officielle de l’entreprise)

Compliance officer - MLRO

You will be the designated Compliance Officer/MLRO, and be responsible for implementing the anti-money laundering compliance program, in addition to supervising daily the compliance with relevant laws.You will:Draft and update policies and procedures.Prepare and submit semi-annual reports to the relevant authorities on the effectiveness of internal controls, following the Authority's approved procedures.Audit current processes, identify areas of weakness, and present reports to senior management and the Board of Directors with recommendations for corrective actions.Evaluate new business initiatives, assess associated risks, and provide informed opinions.Review regulatory requirements, assess their impact on operations, and update the compliance monitoring program accordingly.Ensure continuous compliance and work closely with relevant teams to meet reporting obligations.Oversee or perform all functions of an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Officer, including the establishment and monitoring of internal KYC/AML/CFT policies, evaluating internal suspicious activity reports, filing reports with the relevant Financial Intelligence Unit, and providing or organizing AML/CFT training for employees.Maintain up-to-date compliance records, including documents, logs, correspondence, and reports.Stay informed of internal procedures and regulatory changes.Promptly report suspicious transactions, suspicious activity reports, and other required reports in line with federal anti-money laundering legislation.Act as the internal contact for employees to report any suspected or known involvement in money laundering, taking appropriate action upon receiving notifications.Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on compliance matters.Ensure employees receive appropriate training on money laundering, and develop comprehensive training programs and awareness initiatives.Monitor customer communications and review marketing materials.Investigate and assist with resolving client complaints.Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities regarding compliance matters, and respond promptly to requests for information from the Authority or relevant state bodies.

Head of Legal

The Chief Legal Officer (CLO) / General Counsel is the senior-most legal executive responsible for overseeing the legal affairs of the organization. This role involves providing strategic legal guidance to the Board of Directors and executive leadership team, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, managing legal risks, and protecting the organization's interests. The CLO leads the legal department, oversees corporate governance, and works closely with external legal partners to support the organization's business objectivesIdentify and manage legal risks across the Region, and develop and deploy effective legal risk management strategies and controls.Act as a trusted and confidential adviser to the MEA management and advise on legal risk and other strategic issues that have a legal, reputational or conduct impact for the Bank in the Region or to the broader franchise.Provide leadership and oversight of the Legal team, in conjunction with the relevant lead lawyers for the specific product/ coverage areas.Ensure the effectiveness of operational frameworks with Compliance, Risk and Legal coverage teams for the escalation of non-contentious matters with significant legal risk to enable appropriate input and oversight by the General Counsel for the International business and key business stakeholders.Ensure the effective operation of governance, assurance and reporting practices across the Legal team, including provision of periodic management information.Provide strategic oversight of legal issues relating to the business, including subject matter expert advice in relation to thematic reviews, forthcoming industry issues, best practice sharing and standardised procedures and governance matters.Work with the European General Counsel on continued assessment of the effectiveness of the Legal target operating model as referred to the business.Oversee any external legal advice sought on matters relating to business, to ensure quality, consistency and cost-effectiveness, managing the balance between in-sourced and outsourced advice, driving high quality, cost effective and speedy, sustainable resolution of legal issues.Prescribe and lead the development of such processes, policies and procedures as may be required to mitigate legal risk for business, ensuring consistency and compatibility with other Principal Risk policies and practices already in play.Support the preparation and delivery of training programmes within the Legal team, the wider Legal function and, where necessary, senior stakeholders.

Legal Counsel

Provide expert legal advice to business teams on a range of transactional corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.Assist the General Counsel in preparing, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements, such as services contracts, partnership agreements, while offering support throughout the contract lifecycle.Support the General Counsel in managing and administering the group’s employee share incentive plan, as directed.Collaborate with relevant departments, customers, suppliers, and consultants to resolve legal queries within set deadlines or escalate them to the General Counsel as needed.Work alongside the team to develop, update, and implement new template agreements, policies, and legal procedures, ensuring adherence to all legal processes.Prepare memos and notes providing reliable, commercially focused legal advice for business-related technology projects.Manage the roster of external counsel and oversee the quality of work performed by these legal service providers.Offer general legal advice and support, including conducting research, providing legislative updates, and assisting with compliance matters.Deliver training to business teams on legal, regulatory, and compliance issues as required.Manage the renewal of trade licenses in coordination with the legal coordinator.Coordinate with external counsel and public authorities on various legal matters.Draft notices of default and collaborate with law firms on civil cases.Provide legal support on group-wide projects and other business divisions, analyzing legal issues and handling additional tasks as assigned.
