Key Account Manager Lastechnieken


Je fungeert als het centrale aanspreekpunt voor strategische klanten in de industriële sector, met als doel het opbouwen en onderhouden van langdurige zakelijke relaties.

Je werkzaamheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Beheren en uitbouwen van Key Accounts in een industriële omgeving door op maat gemaakte oplossingen te bieden.
  • Prospecteren en identificeren van nieuwe strategische accounts die het klantenportfolio zullen versterken.
  • Analyseren van klantprocessen en technische vereisten, zodat je gericht kan adviseren over geavanceerde lasprocessen uit een hoogwaardig productaanbod.
  • Samenwerken met interne technische teams voor optimale klantondersteuning en technische service.
  • Monitoren van marktontwikkelingen en signaleren van kansen, die je omzet in concrete plannen voor groei en innovatie.


Een goede kennis van lastechnieken en sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden zijn cruciaal om in deze functie waardevolle resultaten te behalen.

  • Sterk in communicatie en onderhandelen – Je schakelt vlot met diverse gesprekspartners en weet effectief te onderhandelen, altijd met oog voor wederzijds voordeel.
  • Technisch onderlegd – Je hebt affiniteit met technische producten en processen, specifiek binnen lastechniek.
  • Netwerker pur sang – Je bent sociaal vaardig, straalt vertrouwen uit en weet connecties op alle niveaus te leggen, zowel intern als extern.
