Als Senior Teamleider Accounts Payable stuur je het Accounts Payable-team aan en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing, coaching en ontwikkeling van drie teamleden. Je houdt toezicht op een correcte, tijdige en volledige verwerking van inkomende facturen en bijbehorende betalingen, en bent direct betrokken bij de operationele werkzaamheden, inclusief het beheren van je eigen leveranciersportefeuille.

  • Leiden van optimalisatieprojecten: Je initieert en begeleidt continous improvement-projecten gericht op het automatiseren en verbeteren van processen binnen de crediteurenadministratie. Je vertegenwoordigt Accounts Payable bij systeem- of ERP-implementaties, zoals Peppol-integratie, en andere projecten.
  • Data- en risicobeheer: Jij beheert de goedkeuringsprocedures, bewaakt de leveranciersbalans en zorgt voor actuele en correcte leveranciersmasterdata.
  • Compliance: Je waarborgt dat alle A/P-processen voldoen aan interne en externe regelgeving, inclusief BTW-controles.
  • Stakeholdermanagement: Je fungeert als het aanspreekpunt voor zowel interne stakeholders als externe leveranciers voor alle vragen omtrent crediteuren.
  • Taalvaardigheid: Binnen de rol wordt er gecommuniceerd in het Nederlands, met een goede beheersing van het Engels en een basiskennis Frans.
  • Veiligheid & milieu: Je handelt in lijn met de organisatievoorschriften rond veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieu binnen jouw verantwoordelijkheden.

Wij zijn op zoek naar kandidaten die zich onderscheiden door hun natuurlijke leiderschap, sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om een team te inspireren en te ontwikkelen.   • Leiderschapskwaliteiten: U beschikt over gedegen ervaring met het aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van een (klein) team binnen een Accounts Payable-omgeving. U motiveert, begeleidt en zorgt voor een positieve werksfeer, waarin medewerkers zich kunnen ontwikkelen.
  • Vakinhoudelijke expertise: U heeft een afgeronde Bachelor in Accountancy, uitgebreide kennis van BTW-regelgeving en minimaal vijf jaar relevante ervaring binnen een accounts payable omgeving.
  • Proces- en verbetergericht: U bent bedreven in het herkennen van optimalisatiemogelijkheden en heeft aantoonbare ervaring met het digitaliseren, automatiseren en optimaliseren van financiële processen (waaronder Purchase2Pay en PO-processen).
  • Stakeholdermanagement: U pakt een verbindende rol richting interne en externe stakeholders. Met uw sterke communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands en een goede beheersing van het Engels, weet u helder en overtuigend af te stemmen. Basiskennis van het Frans helpt u om in een internationale context te functioneren.
  • Integriteit & nauwkeurigheid: U werkt zorgvuldig, bent alert op compliance en houdt scherp toezicht op correcte leveranciersdata, balans en naleving van zowel interne als externe regelgeving.
