Functional Analyst

Being a Functional analyst at this innovative company includes:
- Making functional analysis of projects and change requests and determining the scope of complex development projects.
- Being the liaison officer between key users and different stakeholders in the project teams.
- Working out process analyses and business processes, together with your business counterparts.
- Taking ownership of the different projects within Mobile Vikings assigned to you.
- Assisting in the production of documentation and manuals for projects and components you are involved in.
Your main responsibilities are
- To deliver functional analyses of projects and change requests.
- To thoroughly perform business and process analyses.
- To be a project lead, delivering the required level of quality and following our project management governance. This might involve chasing other team members to live up to their commitments.
- To take up hands-on and pragmatic ownership for analyses within Mobile Vikings that are assigned to you, including decision-making when there might be multiple options.
- Follow up and support the projects and change requests within your responsibility
Because you're the one
- Who has a bachelor or master degree or equivalent work experience for at least a few years.
- Who has experience with domain modeling and Domain-Driven Design.
- Who knows UML and BPMN.
- Who has a hands-on and pragmatic way of working
- Who knows how software is written and can work closely together with developers.
- Who has strong analytical skills, with a strong sense of both analysis and synthesis.
- Who has a good knowledge of agile project management and knows how to create vertical slices.
- Who shows strong interpersonal skills, is a strong team player and is capable of convincing others.
- Who isn’t afraid of taking decisions and chasing others.
- Who stands for efficiency, flexibility and autonomy.
- Who isn’t afraid of taking initiatives and thinking outside one’s role.
- Who, after reading all this, says “This is it!
