Als Calculator Bouw binnen een klasse 8 bouwbedrijf speel je een sleutelrol in de voorbereiding van diverse projecten. Je combineert technisch inzicht, cijfermatig denken en samenwerking om tot nauwkeurige en competitieve offertes te komen.



Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Projectanalyse: Je analyseert bouwprojecten op technisch en administratief vlak.
  • Projecttypes: Je werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten zoals utiliteitsbouw, industrie, staalbouw en publieke werken.
  • Offertes: Je stelt prijsaanvragen op en vergelijkt offertes van leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Calculatie: Je maakt kostprijsberekeningen, begrotingen en offertes.
  • Opvolging: Je volgt offertes op en stemt af met interne teams en stakeholders.
  • Samenwerking: Je werkt nauw samen met een ervaren calculatieteam en rapporteert aan de hoofdcalculator.
  • Optimalisatie: Je denkt actief mee over haalbaarheid, efficiëntie en uitvoeringsmethodes.



Jouw profiel

  • Opleiding: Ingenieur bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring: Idealiter 3+ jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Analytisch sterk: Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht.
  • Technisch inzicht: Goede kennis van bouwprocessen en materialen.
  • Software: Vlot met MS Office, ervaring met calculatietools of Tekla is een plus.
  • Communicatie: Je werkt vlot samen en communiceert helder.
  • Talen: Vlot Nederlands, kennis van Frans en Engels is een plus.
