Als Claims Executive Logistiek ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte registratie en opvolging van claims binnen de maritieme en logistieke wereld. Je fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt voor klanten en interne afdelingen en waarborgt duidelijke communicatie gedurende het hele claimproces.


  • Beheren en opvolgen van schadeclaims, waaronder schade aan containers en ladingen die extra controles vereisen.
  • Coördineren van de afhandeling tussen verschillende betrokken partijen, zoals collega’s, klanten en externe instanties.
  • Zorgdragen voor tijdige en volledige administratieve afhandeling van dossiers.
  • Opstellen en bijhouden van alle noodzakelijke claimdocumentatie in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
  • Ondersteunen van het team met logistieke en administratieve taken om een vlot verloop te garanderen.
  • Rapporteren aan de leidinggevende over de status van dossiers en signaleren van knelpunten in het proces.

Deze positie vereist een nauwkeurige aanpak en sterke logistieke planningsvaardigheden binnen een dynamische omgeving waarin geen dag hetzelfde is. Je werkt zelfstandig maar ook samen met het team om succesvolle claimsafhandeling te realiseren en het serviceniveau hoog te houden.

Wij zoeken kandidaten die zich herkennen in een passie voor logistiek en zich volledig willen inzetten binnen een snelgroeiende en dynamische omgeving. Flexibiliteit, klantgerichtheid en oplossingsgericht denken zijn eigenschappen die bij u centraal staan.

  • Opleiding en achtergrond: U beschikt over een bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur richting logistiek, of kan aantoonbare ervaring voorleggen binnen de sector.
  • Logistieke affiniteit: U heeft een sterke interesse in alles wat met supply chain en logistiek te maken heeft en wil zich hierin verder ontwikkelen.
  • Communicatieve kwaliteiten: U communiceert vlot en professioneel, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een plus.
  • Organisatorisch talent: U weet perfect prioriteiten te stellen en laat zich niet uit het veld slaan door deadlines of onverwachte situaties.
  • Stakeholder management: U bent een diplomatieke bruggenbouwer, die moeiteloos schakelt tussen verschillende interne én externe partijen.
  • Oplossingsgericht & analytisch: U verkiest oplossingen boven problemen en werkt nauwgezet aan het correct registreren en opvolgen van dossiers.
  • Zelfstandig én teamspeler: U voelt zich verantwoordelijk voor uw eigen werk, maar ondersteunt ook graag collega’s binnen een hecht team.
  • Drive & aanpassingsvermogen: In een veelzijdige rol, waar elke dag anders is, blijft u proactief, gedreven en resultaatgericht.
