In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het strategisch aankopen van materialen en diensten en werk je nauw samen met projectteams om projecten efficiënt, kwalitatief en kostbewust te realiseren. Je combineert technisch inzicht, marktkennis en onderhandelingsskills om de beste resultaten te behalen.



Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Aankoopdossiers: Opstellen van volledige dossiers op basis van bestekken, plannen en technische vereisten.
  • Marktanalyse: Actief zoeken naar alternatieve oplossingen en optimalisaties samen met studiediensten.
  • Leveranciersbeheer: Selecteren, contacteren en vergelijken van leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Onderhandeling: Onderhandelen over prijzen, voorwaarden en leveringstermijnen.
  • Contractbeheer: Opstellen en opvolgen van contracten met partners.
  • Databeheer: Uitbouwen en onderhouden van een databank van prijzen, leveranciers en evaluaties.
  • Prospectie: Actief nieuwe leveranciers opsporen en marktontwikkelingen opvolgen.
  • Werfbezoeken: Bezoeken van werven om noden en specificaties correct in kaart te brengen.



Jouw profiel

  • Opleiding: Master Ingenieur Bouwkunde/Architectuur of Bachelor Bouw.
  • Ervaring: Minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen aankoop, aanbesteding of werfopvolging in de bouwsector.
  • Technisch inzicht: Sterke kennis van materialen, technieken en bouwprocessen.
  • Analytisch: Je begrijpt snel de noden van een werf en vertaalt deze naar concrete oplossingen.
  • Onderhandeling: Sterke negotiation skills en commercieel inzicht.
  • Communicatie: Vlot en overtuigend, met een directe maar empathische aanpak.
  • Talen: Vloeiend Nederlands en goede kennis Frans.
  • Pluspunt: Ervaring als projectleider is een extra troef.
