In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige aankoopproces in de regio Kortrijk. Je werkt in een technische context en schakelt regelmatig met (inter)nationale leveranciers.

  • Uitvoeren van inkoopprocessen: zelfstandig opstarten en beheren van het procurement-traject, van offerteaanvraag tot bestelling en opvolging van levering.
  • Strategisch onderhandelen: voeren van hoogstaande onderhandelingen met leveranciers en partners, gericht op het realiseren van optimale contractvoorwaarden en kostenbesparing.
  • Contractbeheer: opstellen, beoordelen en beheren van contracten, met aandacht voor juridische en fiscale aspecten.
  • Reizen: je bent bereid om minstens één keer per maand nationaal of internationaal te reizen voor leveranciersbezoek of overleg.
  • Technisch documenteren: verwerken van aankoopdossiers, technische specificaties en rapportages volgens de eisen van de organisatie.
  • Informatiebeheer: gestructureerd beheren van inkoopdocumentatie en relevante gegevens in het systeem.


Een afgeronde bachelor of master, bij voorkeur in engineering of economie, is gewenst. De rol biedt ruimte om je strategische vaardigheden uit te bouwen en impact te maken op het inkoopbeleid van de organisatie.

  • Mobiel en flexibel: U bent bereid om minimaal één keer per maand te reizen en haalt energie uit het onderhouden van relaties met leveranciers en partners op verschillende locaties.
  • Gedreven door kennis: U beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een technische richting of economie. Uw leergierigheid zorgt ervoor dat u technische producten en dossiers vlot eigen maakt.
  • Integer en zelfstandig: U werkt zelfstandig, bewaart overzicht in complexe dossiers, en staat bekend om uw betrouwbaarheid en integriteit bij het beheren van vertrouwelijke informatie.
