ERP Support Engineer

Wij zoeken een ERP Support Engineer die niet alleen problemen kan oplossen, maar ook weet hoe je een gebruiker met een glimlach door een systeemcrash helpt. In deze rol ben je de eerste lijn verdediging tegen ERP-chaos en zorg je ervoor dat Microsoft Dynamics en Navision soepel draaien.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Eerste lijn technische ondersteuning bieden aan eindgebruikers van Microsoft Dynamics en Navision
  • Problemen diagnosticeren en oplossen via ticketsystemen en directe communicatie (ja, soms ook via koffie en geduld)
  • Gebruikers trainen en ondersteunen bij het gebruik van ERP-functionaliteiten
  • Systeemconfiguraties controleren en aanpassingen uitvoeren volgens bedrijfsvereisten
  • Technische documentatie bijhouden en kennisartikelen creëren voor veelgestelde vragen
  • Samenwerken met het IT-team om problemen snel op te lossen
  • Systeemprestaties monitoren en rapporteren over incidenten en trends
  • Updates en patches testen en implementeren op ERP-systemen

Wie ben jij?

Je hebt minimaal 1-2 jaar ervaring in eerste lijn support of technische ondersteuning en bent thuis in de wereld van Microsoft Dynamics en Navision. Je beschikt over een graduaat- of bacheloropleiding in informatica, bedrijfskunde of een gerelateerd vakgebied.

Dit moet je meebrengen:

  • Praktische kennis van Microsoft Dynamics (Business Central, NAV of AX) en/of Navision is een plus
  • Ervaring met ticketsystemen en incident management
  • Kennis van SQL, databasebeheer en Excel
  • Certificeringen in Microsoft Dynamics of ERP-systemen zijn een plus
