Bi-Lingual Recruitment Consultant

Als Recruitment Consultant bij Homini ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aantrekken en selecteren van talent voor onze organisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met onze klanten om de wervingsbehoeften te begrijpen en de juiste kandidaat voor hen te vinden. Homini werkt volgens het principe van verticale markt, dat inhoudt dat je jezelf zal focussen op één van onze branches en je jezelf kan uitbouwen als onze specialist in één nichemarkt. Als Recruitment Consultant zal je: Een eigen netwerk uitbouwen van klanten en kandidaten op jouw nichemarkt, met jou als verbindende spilfiguur. Jij bent het eerste/enige contactpunt. Bestaande klant tevreden houden met jouw accountmanagement skills. Nieuwe klanten aantrekken om een partnerschap aan te gaan. Onsite meetings organiseren en leiden bij onze klanten om hen (en hun noden) beter te begrijpen. Leiden van onderhandelingen Actief kandidaten werven via verschillende kanalen, waaronder LinkedIn, ons eigen netwerk, etc. Verantwoordelijk zijn voor het screenen van profielenEerste kennismakingsgesprekken uitvoeren en/of bijwonen.
