Jouw Rol

Als Senior CRM Functional Analyst neem je de functionele lead in het optimaliseren en verder uitbouwen van Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE en het Power Platform. Je werkt nauw samen met business en IT, en vertaalt complexe commerciële processen naar schaalbare oplossingen met maximale impact.

Wat je doet

  • Ontwerpen en verbeteren van Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing en Power Platform oplossingen
  • Optimaliseren van de huidige CRM-implementatie en aansturen van verbetertrajecten
  • Detecteren van bottlenecks en gebruikerservaring versterken
  • Workshops leiden en stakeholders adviseren over best practices & trends
  • Functionele lead nemen in end-to-end CRM-projecten
  • Samenwerken met developers en projectmanagers om tijdige delivery te garanderen
  • Coachen van junior collega’s en fungeren als subject matter expert bij escalaties

Wie jij bent

  • 6+ jaar ervaring als Dynamics 365 CRM consultant/analyst
  • Sterke kennis van Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform & Dataverse
  • Communicatief sterk met uitstekende analytische skills
  • Bekend met Agile methodieken
  • Bachelor of master in IT of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
