Als Warehouse Assistant ben je een essentieel onderdeel van ons logistieke team in een productieomgeving. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt beheren van warehouse-activiteiten, waaronder ontvangst, opslag, voorbereiding en verzending van goederen. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waar nauwkeurigheid, organisatie en teamwork cruciaal zijn. Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse operaties door taken goed in te plannen, problemen snel op te lossen en samen met collega's aan een veilige en productieve werksfeer bij te dragen. Je hebt oog voor detail bij het registreren van gegevens en het uitvoeren van controles, en je bent niet bang voor werken in een koude omgeving.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Goederen ontvangen, controleren en correct registreren in het warehouse management systeem
  • Materialen en producten efficiënt opslaan en organiseren volgens warehouse-richtlijnen
  • Voorraden beheren en controles uitvoeren om nauwkeurigheid te garanderen
  • Bestellingen voorbereiding en verzending van goederen coördineren
  • ERP-systemen zoals SAP gebruiken voor logistieke processen en gegevensbeheer
  • Administratieve taken correct uitvoeren en documentatie bijhouden
  • Werkplek schoon en veilig houden; veiligheidsprotocollen naleven
  • Samenwerken met teamleden en duidelijke communicatie handhaven

Profiel van de kandidaat

We zoeken een gemotiveerde professional met een bachelor-opleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring, die al enige praktische ervaring in een warehouse-context binnen een productieomgeving heeft opgedaan. Je bent iemand die vlot met MS Office en ERP-systemen omgaat, zeer goed Nederlands spreekt (kennis van Frans of Engels is een voordeel), en niet terugschrikt voor werken in een koude omgeving. Je combineert sterke organisatorische vaardigheden met probleemoplossend vermogen, bent nauwkeurig in je werk, en toont initiatief door actief mee te denken over verbeteringen. Bovenal ben je een teamspeler die bijdraagt aan een positieve werksfeer, kalm en efficiënt blijft onder druk, en duidelijk communiceert met collega's.

Vereiste ervaring en expertise:

  • Bachelor-opleiding of gelijkwaardige praktische ervaring
  • Eerste ervaring in warehouse-activiteiten in een productieomgeving
  • Vaardigheid met MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Werkervaring met ERP-systemen, bij voorkeur SAP
  • Zeer goed Nederlands; Frans of Engels is een voordeel
  • Begrip van logistieke processen en warehouse-management
