Voor een internationaal en toonaangevend productiebedrijf in regio Waregem (West-Vlaanderen) zoeken we een Purchaser. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de aankoop van indirecte goederen en diensten. Je werkt nauw samen met interne afdelingen, bouwt relaties op met leveranciers en zorgt voor kostenefficiënte oplossingen die de organisatie versterken. Je ondersteunt het aankoopteam in hun strategische doelen en draagt actief bij aan optimalisatie van processen en samenwerking.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

• Opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke relaties met leveranciers en interne stakeholders.
• Adviseren van interne teams bij aankoopbehoeften en zoeken naar de beste oplossingen.
• Identificeren van kansen om aankoopprocessen te verbeteren en efficiënter te maken.
• Verkennen van nieuwe leveranciers en marktopsies om competitiviteit te waarborgen.
• Samenwerken met aankoopmanagement en andere sleutelafdelingen binnen de organisatie.
• Ondersteunen bij het voorbereiden en opvolgen van contracten en raamovereenkomsten.

Operationele verantwoordelijkheden

• Verwerken en opvolgen van aankoopaanvragen voor indirecte goederen en diensten.
• Plaatsen en opvolgen van bestellingen en bewaken van levertermijnen.
• Evalueren van leveranciersprestaties en opvolgen van afspraken.
• Analyseren van marktontwikkelingen, prijsevoluties en beschikbaarheid.
• Identificeren en doorvoeren van verbeteringen in aankoopprocessen.
• Ondersteunen bij databeheer en rapportage binnen het aankoopteam.

Je profiel

• Masterdiploma in een economische, technische of gelijkaardige richting.
• Analytisch sterk, gestructureerd en in staat om zelfstandig prioriteiten te bepalen.
• Goede kennis van Excel en PowerPoint; ervaring met ERP-systemen (SAP is een plus).
• Communicatief sterk en in staat om jouw aanpak af te stemmen op verschillende stakeholders.
• Oplossingsgericht, proactief en gericht op continue verbetering.
• Teamspeler die graag samenwerkt in een dynamische omgeving.
• Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels; basiskennis Frans is een plus.
• Affiniteit met een productieomgeving en indirecte aankoopcategorieën is een meerwaarde.
