We are seeking a skilled and motivated Legal Advisor to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various areas of law, particularly in insurance law, life. You will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to our organization.

As a Legal Advisor, you will be the go-to expert for questions related to collective Life & Health and Workers' Compensation insurance products.

We count on you for the following tasks:

  • Providing legal advice to employees and reviewing contractual terms.
  • Drafting and reviewing agreements and contracts.
  • Managing litigation cases and following up on legal proceedings.
  • Analyzing the impact of new regulations and assisting with the adaptation of documents and procedures.
  • Conducting training sessions related to new regulations and legal obligations.

The position involves bringing member companies together, sharing knowledge, organizing seminars, and more.
