  • Teamleiding & coaching: Leidinggeven aan een team van professionals en hen begeleiden in hun ontwikkeling.
  • Klantbeheer: Strategische relaties opbouwen met klanten en hen adviseren bij belangrijke beslissingen.
  • Business development: Actief bijdragen aan nieuwe projecten en diensten voor klanten.
  • Kennisdeling: Expertise delen via seminars, workshops of interne kennisoverdracht.

Wie ben jij?

  • Opleiding: Bachelor of master in Accountancy, Finance of Economie.
  • Ervaring: Minstens 8 jaar in een vergelijkbare rol of omgeving.
  • Erkenning: ITAA-certificering is een plus (mogelijkheid tot ondersteuning in dit traject).
  • Taal & communicatie: Vloeiend Nederlands en sterk in Engels; Frans is een plus.
  • Leiderschap: Proactief, klantgericht en pragmatisch.
