Manager Accountancy

Ben jij een ervaren accountant met leiderschapskwaliteiten die impact wil maken bij klanten en collega’s? Als Manager Accountancy stuur je een team aan, beheer je een diverse klantenportefeuille en fungeer je als strategisch financieel adviseur. Deze functie is hybride met minimaal één dag per week remote werken, in overleg met het team.



Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Teamleiding & coaching: Leidinggeven aan een team van professionals en hen begeleiden in hun ontwikkeling.
  • Klantbeheer: Strategische relaties opbouwen met klanten en hen adviseren bij belangrijke beslissingen.
  • Business development: Actief bijdragen aan nieuwe projecten en diensten voor klanten.
  • Kennisdeling: Expertise delen via seminars, workshops of interne kennisoverdracht.
  • Kwaliteit & proces: Zorgen voor hoge kwaliteit van dienstverlening en consistente resultaten.



Wie ben jij?

  • Opleiding: Bachelor of master in Accountancy, Finance of Economie.
  • Ervaring: Minstens 8 jaar in een vergelijkbare rol of omgeving.
  • Erkenning: ITAA-certificering is een plus (mogelijkheid tot ondersteuning in dit traject).
  • Taal & communicatie: Vloeiend Nederlands en sterk in Engels; Frans is een plus.
  • Leiderschap: Proactief, klantgericht en pragmatisch.
  • Netwerk: Sterk in het opbouwen van relaties en uitbreiding van professioneel netwerk.

We are partnering with a well-established international group to appoint a Group Financial Controller overseeing a portfolio of entities across Africa.Based in Dubai and reporting to the Group Finance Director, this role plays a critical part in safeguarding financial integrity across multiple countries and entities.
