Technical Project Manager

Als Technical Project Manager (Retail) neem jij de leiding over diverse technische projecten en ben jij de spil in de opvolging en coördinatie van technische en bouwkundige projecten over meerdere sites. Je werkt nauw samen met lokale teams en externe partners en zorgt voor een vlekkeloze uitvoering binnen de afgesproken budgetten en deadlines. Concreet betekent dat:Je coördineert technische en bouwkundige projecten over verschillende sites heen — denk aan renovaties, verbeteringswerken of duurzaamheidsinitiatieven.Je werkt samen met lokale teams en externe partners om doelstellingen, budgetten en planningen scherp te stellen en op te volgen.Je volgt werkzaamheden op voorafgaand aan nieuwe verhuringen of pop-upshops, van technische analyse tot oplevering.Je waakt over de kwaliteit en het budget bij grote projecten en zorgt dat deadlines gehaald worden.Je blijft op de hoogte van wetgeving rond technische installaties, brandveiligheid, milieu en duurzaamheid.Je denkt vooruit: je volgt nieuwe technologieën op en vertaalt ze naar concrete acties die bijdragen aan minder CO₂-uitstoot en energieverbruik. Verder breng je mee: Een universitair diploma (ingenieurswetenschappen, bouwkunde of gelijkaardig)8 à 10 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functieGrondige kennis van gebouwtechnieken (HVAC, elektriciteit, branddetectie, …)Basiskennis van vastgoedwetgeving en gebouwexploitatie (brandveiligheid, milieu, vergunningen, …)Tweetaligheid NL/FR is een must, Engels is een pluspuntVlotte beheersing van Microsoft OfficeEen sterke communicator en echte teamspeler, met oog voor detail én vooruitgangFlexibiliteit: je werkt vanuit Brussel maar bent regelmatig in onze shopping centra om daar de projecten te beheren.
