Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Analyst
We are looking for a Senior CRM Functional Analyst who brings deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the Microsoft Power Platform and is motivated by transforming and optimizing commercial operations at scale.
In this senior role, you will play a key part in shaping, implementing, and continuously improving Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Power Platform solutions across an international organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the functional design and continuous improvement of Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Power Platform solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategy and best-practice processes
- Optimize and evolve the existing D365 implementation in line with changing business needs
- Identify functional and usability bottlenecks and lead initiatives to improve user experience and CRM effectiveness
- Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and other consultants to deliver initiatives on time and within scope
- Take end-to-end functional ownership of group-wide Dynamics CRM improvement projects, from analysis through to delivery
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to identify strategic opportunities for CRM enhancements and ensure alignment between technology and business objectives
- Advise senior stakeholders on best practices, solution design, and emerging trends within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem
- Mentor and coach junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and a collaborative team culture
- Act as a subject matter expert for complex functional issues, troubleshooting, and escalation scenarios
Experience & Education
- 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM consultant or functional analyst across multiple CRM implementations
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CE), including configuration, customization, and functional design
- Proven experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including a strong understanding of Dataverse
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a high level of attention to detail
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent professional experience
