Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Douaneprocessen beheren: Zorgdragen voor een soepele en tijdige afhandeling van import- en exportdouaneformaliteiten.
  • Data-entry en documentatie: Accuraat invoeren van douanedocumenten in het operationele systeem voor geldige douaneaangiftes.
  • Trace & rapportage: Volgen van douanefiles en het opstellen van rapportages.
  • Facturatie: Correct en tijdig factureren aan klanten.
  • Regelgeving naleven: Zorgen voor naleving van douaneregels en interne procedures.
  • Ondersteuning: Controleren van douaneaangiftes en indien nodig indienen bij de douaneautoriteit.



Wie ben jij?

  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in douaneformaliteiten en expeditie.
  • Goede kennis van Incoterms en berekeningen van douanekosten.
  • Ervaring met customs brokerage processen, wetgeving, classificatie, waardering en oorsprong.
  • Kennis van documentatie voor zee-, lucht- en wegtransport.
  • Proactief, georganiseerd en sterke IT-vaardigheden (MS Excel, MS Word).
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels.
  • Klantgericht, communicatief sterk en stressbestendig.
  • In het bezit van een geldige werkvergunning voor België.
