Business Manager Benelux – Pijpleidingen & Energie is verantwoordelijk voor het volledige beheer van de business unit pijpleidingen en energie binnen een internationale producent van industriële gassen. Deze rol omvat geen leidinggeven aan een team, maar focust op het managen en uitbouwen van het pijpleidingennetwerk voor grote industriële klanten, voornamelijk gelegen in de haven van Antwerpen en de bredere Benelux-regio.

  • Relatiebeheer: Je optimaliseert en onderhoudt strategische relaties met grote pijpleidinggebruikers, havenautoriteiten, federaties en andere relevante partners.
  • Business Development: Je identificeert nieuwe investeringsprojecten, leidt het acquisitieproces en werkt voorstellen uit voor aansluiting op het netwerk.
  • Contractmanagement: Je vertaalt investeringsmogelijkheden naar langdurige leveringscontracten en onderhandelt over complexe contracten met klanten op C-level.
  • Stakeholdermanagement: Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor interne teams (Operations, Engineering, Legal, Sales) en externe partijen en harmoniseert hun belangen.
  • Marktanalyse & strategie: Je volgt actief de ontwikkelingen in de energiemarkt, bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van energiecontracten en draagt bij aan de uitvoering van de energie-inkoopstrategie.
  • Financiële analyse: Je voert analyses uit die de waarde van investeringen en contracten onderbouwen en bijdragen aan commerciële beslissingen.

De impact van deze functie ligt in het stroomlijnen en laten groeien van het klantenportefolio voor het pijpleidingennetwerk, het vormgeven van marktstrategieën en het uitbouwen van duurzame relaties die bijdragen aan verder commercieel succes in de Benelux. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Business Director Northern Region.

  • Je bent financieel onderlegd en kan investeringsprojecten goed analyseren, waarderen en vertalen naar duurzame business cases.
  • Communicatief vaardig in het Nederlands en Engels, liefst ook in het Frans, met het vermogen om een boodschap overtuigend over te brengen op verschillende niveaus.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, bent proactief en resultaatgericht, maar functioneert ook uitstekend als teamspeler en zoekt actief naar win-win mogelijkheden.
