Legal Contract Manager

A fast-growing company in the banking sector is being built to provide reliable cash services to both individuals and merchants across Belgium. With ambitions to become the market leader in the coming years, the organization is looking for a new Legal Contract Manager to support its expansion.

Your Role:

  • You will oversee the status of all rental agreements, ensuring clear visibility of ongoing contracts, identifying risks, and tracking related projects to reduce exposure for the business.
  • You will represent the company in interactions with property owners, both during standard operations and in case of legal disputes.
  • You will serve as the key point of contact for updates and proper storage of contracts within the data management system.

Your Responsibilities Will Also Include:

  • Maintaining positive relationships with external rental stakeholders.
  • Managing the full lifecycle of rental agreements from a legal standpoint.
  • Proactively alerting management about potential contractual issues.
  • Assessing the financial implications of early terminations.
  • Following up on rental terms and communicating updates accordingly.
  • Monitoring rental payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing of rental-related taxes and verifying payment batches.

Your Profile:

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Law.
  • You bring at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • You are proficient in common Office software tools.
  • You have a solid background in handling commercial lease agreements.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and French, and have a good command of English.
  • You have strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
