Senior Robotics Project Leader (GMP Automation)
- Lead and coordinate robotics automation projects in a GMP-regulated environment, with a focus on large-scale implementation and integration.
- Supervise and oversee subcontractors to ensure high standards, timely delivery, and compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Author, manage, and maintain GMP documentation, ensuring all technical records, validation protocols, and reports meet regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Investigate and troubleshoot automation issues related to hardware and software, ensuring minimal downtime and robust process performance.
- Apply project management and contract management skills to oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets within a cross-functional team.
- Coordinate tasks related to security systems and ensure process safety and compliance at all project stages.
- Optionally contribute expertise in PLC or SCADA system programming (e.g., Ignition, Wonderware), as well as MES and CMMS systems for parallel automation tasks.
- Conduct process development and optimization activities, working in close collaboration with engineering teams to drive continuous improvement and technology transfer.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in an additional national language is valued for effective team integration.
This is a long-term position focused on driving advanced robotics automation projects in compliance-driven industrial settings.

- Demonstrated experience in robotics projects, especially in GMP-regulated environments, is essential. Candidates must be comfortable managing rigorous documentation processes and should embrace regulatory compliance as an opportunity to ensure quality and reliability.
- Strong communication skills in English are mandatory, not only for seamless reporting and documentation but also to foster cross-functional collaboration. The ability to speak any of the local national languages is highly appreciated, enabling better integration and enhanced teamwork.
