My Partner is actively seeking a Business/Functional Analyst in the Insurance sector to join the Transformation team and contribute to the implementation of the transformation plan by overseeing various projects and initiatives.

In a constantly changing environment, my partner is faced with continuous redefinitions of industry standards and the landscape. The Transformation department, made up of 30 people with a positive and entrepreneurial spirit, plays a crucial role in driving change within the organisation.

As a Business/ Functional Analyst you will be responsible for conducting in-depth analyses in your area of expertise to facilitate the implementation of projects and initiatives aimed at improving the customer and retailer experience but also achieving the company's strategic objectives.Your responsibilities:

Define the scope of requests in collaboration with management, taking into account the organisation's strategic objectives.

Estimating the costs, timescales and resources required with the Program/Project Manager to ensure that the project runs smoothly.

Actively contributing to the production of project deliverables and proposing appropriate solutions to meet organisational requirements.

Carrying out studies and analyses to meet business needs.

To promote the simplification of processes and the improvement of their quality in order to offer an optimum service to internal and external customers.
