Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Technical/Developer)
Role Overview: This position focuses on the architecture, customization, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including modules in Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Technical/Development tracks (X++, Power Platform, .NET). The scope spans Dynamics 365 F&O (AX), AX 2012, or Dynamics 365 CE/CRM. Candidates with recent experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV are excluded.
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Dynamics 365 enterprise solutions for mid-to-large scale organizations.
- Analyze and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions, primarily using Dynamics 365 F&O, AX 2012, or CE/CRM modules.
- Architect or oversee technical customizations with X++, Power Platform, or .NET as they relate to business needs across Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing domains.
- Collaborate in diverse, international project teams, often integrating with other global ERPs or legacy systems (SAP experience is a plus).
- Participate in strategy sessions for system upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
- Produce comprehensive documentation for technical designs, business processes, and deployment plans.
- Address complex troubleshooting and performance optimization in live environments.
- Communicate effectively in English and/or French within international stakeholder environments.
This role is geared towards professionals located in Morocco or open to remote/Middle East relocation. Prior involvement in large international ERP deployments is highly valued.
We are looking for candidates who possess a deep passion for Microsoft Dynamics 365, with proven expertise across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Technical (X++), or Developer domains (including Power Platform and .NET). Individuals who thrive in fast-paced, international settings and who have built their careers around Dynamics 365 F&O (formerly AX), Dynamics AX 2012, or Dynamics 365 CE/CRM will particularly excel in our environment. Candidates must have current or most recent experience centered on these platforms and not primarily with Business Central or NAV.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in Dynamics 365 and/or AX consulting, development, or architecture roles, with exposure to complex enterprise implementations, ideally on a global scale.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in software architecture, and ideally comfortable with supporting technologies such as C++ or ASP.NET. Experience in developing or customizing solutions with X++, Power Platform, and .NET is highly valued.
- Analytical Thinker: We seek individuals with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to design scalable, efficient solutions for sophisticated business processes within an ERP context.
- Communication Skills: Fluency in English and/or French is essential, with the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: The ideal candidate can quickly adapt to new business challenges, emerging technologies, and varied cultural environments. Willingness to work remotely or consider relocation within the Middle East region is a plus.
- Collaboration: A team-oriented mindset, comfortable working across multi-disciplinary teams and engaging with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Bonus Experience: Previous involvement in SAP or other major international ERP deployments will be considered a strong advantage, especially where integration or cross-functional project work was a significant responsibility.
