Senior Developer / Tech Lead

We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer with strong leadership skills to join our team. If you are eager to grow into a Tech Lead role or have previous experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to shape the digital future of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and technical direction of projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features for websites and applications.
- Ensure accessibility standards (a11y) are met across all platforms.
- Work with front-end and back-end technologies, such as React, Next.js, PHP Laravel, and AWS, to deliver scalable solutions.
- Implement best practices for web performance, security, and maintainability using SaaS, Vercel, and Cloudflare.
- Contribute to and oversee code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of development experience, ideally with a proven record in leading technical projects.
- Proficiency in modern CSS and JavaScript trends.
- Advanced knowledge in React, Next.js, and experience with a11y (web accessibility standards).
- Familiarity with PHP Laravel, AWS, and deployment tools such as SaaS, Vercel, or Cloudflare.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communicator, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Comfortable with taking initiative and driving solutions to completion.
Languages:
- Fluent in French (FR) and English (EN).
Bonus:
- Experience working in a digital agency is a plus!
