To drive revenue growth and market share across the Middle East by promoting the company's portfolio of cyber security training, certification, and research solutions. This role will focus on expanding the enterprise and commercial client base, converting new opportunities into long-term partnerships while adhering to the company's values and mission.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Acquire new clients within the defined target customer list.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s portfolio to identify quality opportunities and highlight the value proposition over competitors.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and developments in the cyber security industry.
  • Clearly communicate the company's business strategy and value to prospective clients.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential customers as necessary.
  • Accurately forecast sales on a monthly basis, following CRM processes.
  • Represent the company at industry events and meetings, translating cyber security advancements into client solutions.
  • Successfully onboard newly acquired clients to ensure a seamless start to their partnership.

Sales Administration and Process:

  • Monitor and follow up on customer payments to ensure timely settlement of invoices.
  • Support marketing campaigns and participate in company events to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans using agreed-upon strategies.
  • Adhere to all sales processes, systems, and procedures.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Manage and achieve targets, KPIs, and other performance metrics set by management.
  • Lead and manage tender processes for client procurement opportunities when applicable.
  • Build strong internal relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Represent the company’s brand and values through professional and ethical conduct.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the management team.


Description du profil

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a field-based B2B sales role within enterprise/commercial sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs and sales targets.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills in a corporate environment.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Commercial awareness with a strong focus on identifying new business opportunities.
  • Ability to adapt to change and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Desirable: Experience in cyber security sales.

Knowledge, Qualifications, and Training:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
  • Desirable: Familiarity with cyber security industry trends, certifications, or qualifications.

IT/Technology:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Ability to leverage social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, for networking and client outreach.
  • Strong experience in managing customer relationships using CRM systems.
  • Desirable: Competence in Salesforce and Tableau platforms.

Planning, Analysis, and Problem Solving:

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client accounts while delivering high-quality service.
  • Demonstrates initiative and creativity to resolve customer challenges and objections.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities to achieve business goals.
  • Skilled at forecasting, planning, and reporting against sales objectives and targets.

Customer Service, Communication, and Teamwork:

  • Ability to translate client needs into tailored solutions that deliver value.
  • Works autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Builds strong networks and communicates confidently at all levels, internally and externally.

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness and ability to travel for company events across the Middle East and North Africa as required
