Als Projectleider binnen een klasse 8 bouwbedrijf leid je unieke projecten met technische uitdagingen en historische waarde. Je combineert organisatie, leiderschap en engineering om projecten van A tot Z succesvol te realiseren.


Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Projectleiding A-Z: Je beheert één groot of meerdere kleinere projecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering
Werfvoorbereiding: Je vertaalt bestekken naar een concrete planning en aanpak
Aansturing: Je stuurt vakmannen en onderaannemers dagelijks aan
Planning & organisatie: Je bewaakt timing, middelen en werfcoördinatie
Budgetbeheer: Je volgt kosten en rendement nauwgezet op
Kwaliteit: Je garandeert een hoogwaardige uitvoering van elk project
Stakeholdermanagement: Je leidt werfvergaderingen en onderhoudt contacten met alle betrokken partijen
Probleemoplossing: Je denkt proactief mee en implementeert innovatieve oplossingen



Jouw profiel

Opleiding: Bachelor of ingenieur bouwkunde (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
Ervaring: Zowel junior als senior profielen welkom
Organisatie: Sterk in planning en structuur
Communicatie: Vlot en verbindend in team en naar externe partners
Technische interesse: Affiniteit met renovatie, restauratie of gespecialiseerde technieken
Werkstijl: Oplossingsgericht, hands-on en stressbestendig
