Position Description:
Financial Controller is responsible for overall Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Statutory Accounting, Taxation and Internal controls of the subsidiary.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Managing the day to day Accounting activities performed by the team.
Performing Month end closing and analysis of the performance versus last year and prior estimates
Periodic Tax filing and Statutory filings
Functioning as an integral team player, bringing challenge, credibility and communication to the
commercial team
Maintaining and documenting Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
Provide financial analysis, assistance or support, as needed, on cross-functional teams

Profielbeschrijving

Background Requirements:
· Bachelor degree required; Accounting/Finance preferred.
· 7–10 years of diversified, related financial experience
· Ability to manage multiple activities and set priorities.
· Strong communication skills as well as ability to clearly present financial issues is essential.
· Proven ability to think creatively and display the initiative to generate ideas and improve results.
· Very strong analytical skills and system / SAP proficiency required.

Head of Accounting

As Head of Accounting, you will oversee the company’s full accounting operations, managing a team of eight professionals. Your primary focus will be on fund accounting , ensuring compliance and accuracy in all financial recording and reporting. We are urgently hiring an experienced PMO Manager to lead and coordinate an IPO readiness and execution program.
