We are seeking a skilled and motivated Legal Advisor to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance law and a deep understanding of the insurance sector. You will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on various matters related to life insurance, wealth management, and group insurance products. Your expertise will help ensure that our operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. You will also be involved in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and policies to ensure they align with our business objectives and regulatory requirements. Your ability to communicate complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner will be essential in this position.

Additionally, you will stay updated on changes in legislation and industry trends that may impact our business. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining our commitment to compliance and legal excellence.

Profielbeschrijving

The ideal candidate will possess a law degree and have at least 3-5 years of experience in a legal advisory role, preferably within the insurance sector. You should have a solid understanding of insurance law and be familiar with life, wealth, and group insurance products. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluency in both French and Dutch is required, as you will be working in a bilingual environment.
