Data Analyst
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Data Analyst to join our dynamic and solution-oriented team. In this role, you will be the crucial link between the business and operational services, supporting key departments such as sales, claims, underwriting, and product development. Variety will be your daily reality, with opportunities to contribute across diverse areas like implementing AI solutions, supporting pricing strategies, and providing actionable insights.
What Will You Do?
You will:
- Support the business by answering complex quantitative questions and delivering clear, actionable insights.
- Monitor and analyze product portfolios to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support product development and pricing exercises.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance performance across departments.
- Coach and train colleagues to strengthen their analytical capabilities.

Your Strengths
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is fluent in English and has a strong knowledge of Dutch or French, with a good understanding of the other language.
- Knowledge of Qlik or similar data visualization tools.
- Has advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, with little left to learn in the tool.
- Holds a degree in fields like Business Administration, Business Economics, Business Engineering, or an equivalent qualification through experience.
- Has a passion for numbers and the ability to explain complex analyses to non-experts.
- Tackles challenges proactively and learns from every experience.
- Combines pragmatism, openness to feedback, and a critical yet positive mindset.
- Can work independently but thrives in a team-oriented, self-steered environment.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in insurance.
- An interest in AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics techniques.
