Au sein d’une structure spécialisée en comptabilité de fonds de pension, le poste consiste à assurer la gestion complète de plusieurs dossiers clients institutionnels.

  • Gestion comptable de A à Z des fonds de pension, incluant l’enregistrement des opérations, le suivi du grand livre, la préparation et la clôture annuelle des comptes.
  • Préparation des déclarations réglementaires à destination de la FSMA et de la BNB, avec production de reportings détaillés pour les Conseils d’Administration.
  • Établissement des états financiers annuels et des rapports périodiques à présenter lors des conseils et AGO.
  • Responsabilité de l’organisation administrative des Assemblées Générales et du suivi des obligations légales.
  • Analyse et suivi des données chiffrées : en collaboration avec les clients et les actuaires, analyse des écarts ou problèmes éventuels et proposition de solutions adaptées.
  • Relations régulières avec une clientèle exigeante, principalement composée de grandes entreprises et de multinationales basées en Belgique.
  • Contribution à la digitalisation et à l’amélioration des outils comptables avec un souci constant d’efficacité et d’innovation.
  • Travail dans un environnement multilingue, nécessitant l’utilisation quotidienne du français et du néerlandais (l’anglais constituant un atout).

L'objectif principal du poste est d’assurer la conformité réglementaire et la fiabilité des process comptables, tout en accompagnant et conseillant les clients dans leurs problématiques liées à la gestion de fonds de pension.

Nous recherchons des candidat(e)s animé(e)s par la volonté de devenir des expert(e)s reconnu(e)s dans la comptabilité de fonds de pension, capables d’évoluer avec autonomie au sein d’une structure exigeante et dynamique.

  • Formation : Diplômé(e) d’un bachelier en comptabilité-fiscalité, vous maîtrisez les fondements de la gestion comptable et démontrez une solide compréhension des problématiques financières complexes.
  • Expérience : Vous justifiez d’au moins trois ans d’expérience en fiduciaire ou en comptabilité générale, vous permettant de gérer en toute sécurité la comptabilité de divers clients et d’appréhender leur environnement réglementaire spécifique.
  • Personnalité : Votre rigueur, votre sens aigu des responsabilités et votre éthique professionnelle font de vous un interlocuteur de confiance pour des clients exigeants. À l’aise dans l’analyse et la résolution de problèmes, vous aimez approfondir les sujets techniques et proposer des solutions justes et argumentées.
  • Capacités relationnelles : Doté(e) d’excellentes compétences de communication, vous savez collaborer avec différents interlocuteurs – clients, actuaires, membres du conseil – et faites preuve de professionnalisme même dans des situations complexes.
  • Organisation et autonomie : Vous gérez vos priorités sans difficulté et montrez une grande capacité à travailler de manière structurée, aussi bien lors des analyses que dans le respect des échéances réglementaires.
  • Ouverture et développement : Animé(e) par la volonté d’apprendre, vous êtes motivé(e) à développer vos connaissances dans la comptabilité de fonds de pension et à évoluer avec les outils digitaux et la transformation numérique du secteur.
  • Compétences linguistiques : Votre langue maternelle est le français ou le néerlandais et vous possédez une bonne maîtrise de l’autre langue nationale ; la connaissance de l’anglais représente un atout certain dans les interactions avec des clients internationaux.
