Ben jij een geboren leider met ervaring in logistiek? Als Warehouse Supervisor stuur je dagelijks het magazijnteam aan en zorg je dat alles draait zoals het moet: veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning. Je combineert teamcoaching met procesverbetering in een dynamische warehouseomgeving.



Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Dagelijkse aansturing: Coördineren en beheren van magazijnactiviteiten zoals personeelsopvolging, voorraadbeheer en naleving van veiligheidsnormen.
  • Leiderschap: Coachen en ondersteunen van foremannen en indirect aansturen van magazijnmedewerkers.
  • KPI-management: Verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van operationele KPI’s rond productiviteit, veiligheid en kwaliteit.
  • Langetermijnopvolging: Bewaken van doelstellingen via evaluaties, opleidingen en verzuimgesprekken.
  • Samenwerking: Nauwe afstemming met planning, collega-leidinggevenden, operations en ondersteunende diensten.
  • Procesverbetering: Leiden van verbeterprojecten en implementeren van methodieken zoals 5S na het volgen van een Greenbelt-training.
  • Veiligheid: Uitvoeren van veiligheidsrondgangen, analyseren van arbeidsongevallen en stimuleren van een proactieve veiligheidscultuur.
  • Flexibiliteit: Werken in een tweeploegensysteem en flexibel inspelen op operationele noden.



Wie ben jij

  • Ervaring: 5 tot 10 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen warehouse of logistieke operaties.
  • Leiderschap: Je weet teams te vormen, motiveren en richting doelstellingen te sturen.
  • Aanpassingsvermogen: Je schakelt vlot tussen verschillende situaties en past je aanpak aan waar nodig.
  • Analytisch & rapportering: Sterk in rapportage via Excel en vertrouwd met KPI-opvolging.
  • Systemenkennis: Grondige kennis van warehousemanagementsystemen en MS Office.
  • Persoonlijkheid: Gedreven, zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht met een hands-on mentaliteit.
