Our client is a prestigious international Bank looking for a new Legal Counsel. In their legal department, they are looking for new legal counsel to work on a new and exciting project.

• • Conduct or oversee data protection impact assessments for new projects, products, or processes
  • Mitigate risks and ensure that data protection considerations are integrated into business activities
  • Review and negotiate data protection and privacy-related provisions in contracts with vendors, partners, and third parties
  • Draft and/or review and negotiate data processing agreements and advise on international data transfers
  • Keep up to date the Data Protection records
  • Training and awareness

• • Develop and maintain an effective data breach response plan
  • Assist local Data Protection Single Points of contact in case breaches
  • Assist in responding to data protection-related complaints and inquiries

• • Preparation of the checklist send annually and the quaterly reporting
  • Review of the self-assessment privacy compliance checklists and drafting of summaries
  • Support internal controls and internal audits
  • Preparation of the presentation to the senior management (e.g. drafting decks for annual reports to CEO / CFO)

• • Drafting and implementation of an annual roadmap on the data protection matters
