• Educational Background: A master’s degree in finance, economics, or business management is essential.
• Professional Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in management control or financial markets, demonstrating a solid understanding of budget management and profitability modeling.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tools, such as Power BI, is crucial. A strong grasp of banking regulations and law is also required.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory, along with either French or Dutch, facilitating seamless communication in our international and multilingual workplace.
