• You are responsible for the management and maintenance of the platforms
• Monitoring, backup, upgrades, installations, routine testing and failover functions
• Support to handle complex issues and requests
• Analyzing problems and change requests
• Support the further development of our platform in terms of scalability and integration of new elements;

Profielbeschrijving

Who are you :


• You have a bachelor degree in computer science
• You speak fluently English, ’cause you’ll be working with our colleagues in the Netherlands & Germany
• You’ll a teamplayer, but also capable of working on your own
• You are proactive and responsible
• Demonstrable knowledge of and experience with PBX, VOIP, Nodejs
• Thorough knowledge of protocols such as SIP
• Knowledge of Linux (CentOS), MySQL, Asterisk / Freeswitch / Kamailio / OpenSIPS (pre)
• Knowledge of network routing / construction / topology / tracing / troubleshooting with, among others, Wireshark
• Experience with automation and scripting (Ansible, PHP, Python) is a plus

IT Manager

Main Objective:The IT Manager oversees the development, maintenance, and support of the client’s applications (UL3 and Alice). Test Engineer

Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren Test Engineer om een team te versterken in Oost/West-Vlaanderen. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van teststrategieën en -plannen om de kwaliteit van onze softwareproducten te waarborgen. Je zult werken met verschillende testtools en -technieken, waaronder manueel testen en automatisering. Je hebt ervaring met Selenium, Postman en andere relevante tools. Je werkt nauw samen met ontwikkelaars en andere teamleden om ervoor te zorgen dat de software voldoet aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen.Je zult ook betrokken zijn bij het opstellen van testdocumentatie en het rapporteren van bevindingen aan het team. Je hebt een analytische geest en bent in staat om problemen snel te identificeren en op te lossen. Daarnaast ben je bekend met Agile-methodologieën en heb je ervaring met tools zoals Jira en Ranorex.
