Gentis est un cabinet de conseil en recrutement basé à Bruxelles, avec une ambition internationale (Amérique, Afrique, Asie, et bien plus à venir). Pour renforcer notre équipe à Casablanca, nous recherchons un nouveau 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫.

  • Collaborer avec l'équipe pour gérer l'ensemble du processus de recrutement (sourcing, qualification, jusqu'à la signature).
  • Assurer un onboarding optimal, en étant le premier point de contact et la personne référente pour nos nouveaux consultants.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les managers pour répondre aux besoins des différentes équipes.
  • Développer et anticiper les besoins futurs grâce à ton réseau, en partageant nos valeurs sur les différentes plateformes.
  • Organiser nos événements internes et externes pour créer une dynamique positive.
  • Toujours être force de proposition pour améliorer l'efficacité et renforcer l'esprit d'équipe.
  • Participer à des projets RH et à la promotion de notre marque employeur.

Senior Talent Acquisition Manager – Federal AuthorityBased in Abu Dhabi and reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this role focuses on leading and executing end-to-end talent acquisition strategies for high-level roles within financial services, asset management, and banking.
