Education:

o Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.

o Microsoft Power BI certification is required.

2. Experience:

o At least 8 years of experience in data analytics and reporting, with a focus on creating interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.

o Proficiency in data interpretation and visualization to present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.

o Deep understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and business intelligence concepts.

o Hands-on experience with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query (M language).

o Expertise in data visualization best practices and emerging trends.

o Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

o Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of working with a wide range of internal stakeholders.

o A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

o Experience working with cloud-based platforms such as AWS Redshift and Azure Data Factory.

o Familiarity with data analysis programming languages such as Python or R is an advantage.

o Understanding of data architecture principles, including data lakes and virtualized environments, to ensure robust data governance.
