Transport Lead

Ben jij een logistieke professional die graag een team aanstuurt en processen efficiënt laat draaien? Als Transport Lead ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen planning, chauffeurs en operationele activiteiten. Jij houdt het transport soepel, veilig en tijdig op koers.


Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Operationeel management: Coördineren van dagelijkse transportactiviteiten, monitoren van KPI’s en tijdige leveringen realiseren volgens kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen.
  • Team aansturing: Leiden van een team chauffeurs en samenwerken met het planningsteam. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer en bouwt een positieve, efficiënte werksfeer.
  • Vlootbeheer: Beheren van het wagenpark, onderhoud en keuringen plannen en voertuigen in optimale staat houden.
  • Procesverbetering: Logistieke processen analyseren en voorstellen doen om efficiëntie, kwaliteit en duurzaamheid te verhogen.
  • Compliance: Naleving van transportregelgeving en interne procedures bewaken.


Wie ben jij

  • Opleiding: Master of bachelor in logistiek of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Ervaring: Enkele jaren operationele ervaring binnen transport; leidinggevende ervaring is een plus.
  • Hands-on: Je bent een praktische probleemoplosser die goed functioneert in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Communicatie: Vlot in Nederlands en Engels; Frans is een plus.
  • Kennis: Basiskennis van transportregelgeving en bij voorkeur GDP-richtlijnen; attest vakbekwaamheid is een plus.
  • Leiderschap: Je motiveert het team, stimuleert groei en haalt het beste uit je collega’s.
  • Analytisch: Je vertaalt uitdagingen naar concrete verbeteringen en meetbare resultaten.
