Job Description

The HSE Manager leads and oversees all health, safety, and environmental activities across operations, ensuring full compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations. This role is central to driving a strong safety culture, embedding risk awareness throughout the organization, and championing continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will work across multiple departments and operational levels, translating HSE strategy into practical, day-to-day execution while maintaining alignment with business objectives and external stakeholder requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement HSE frameworks aligned with operational and business needs
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements
  • Oversee audits, incident reviews, and corrective action plans
  • Monitor risks and support safe execution of operational activities
  • Collaborate with leadership and teams to integrate HSE into daily operations
  • Engage with external stakeholders to maintain alignment and trust
  • Lead and develop HSE personnel, promoting a safety-driven mindset

Experience & Expertise Required:

  • Solid experience in HSE within industrial, energy, or operational environments
  • Relevant academic background and professional certifications in HSE or related disciplines
  • Strong understanding of HSE standards, compliance frameworks, and risk management methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and working effectively across multiple functions
  • Proficiency in audit processes, incident investigation, and corrective action management

AML Compliance Officer
