Ben jij sterk in onderhandelen en heb je een scherp oog voor prijs, kwaliteit en contracten?

Als Aankoper binnen een klasse 8 bouwbedrijf speel je een sleutelrol in de voorbereiding van diverse bouwprojecten. Je zorgt voor de optimale aankoop van materialen, onderaannemingen en diensten binnen budget en planning.



Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Aankoopstrategie: Je beheert aankopen van materialen, onderaannemers en diensten
Samenwerking: Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiding, directie en interne diensten
Offerteanalyse: Je vraagt offertes op en vergelijkt prijs, kwaliteit en levertermijnen
Onderhandelingen: Je onderhandelt met leveranciers en partners voor de beste voorwaarden
Contractbeheer: Je stelt overeenkomsten en bestellingen op in overleg met stakeholders
Projectondersteuning: Je ondersteunt meerdere werven binnen jouw regio
Marktkennis: Je bouwt relaties op en volgt leveranciers en marktprijzen actief op
Optimalisatie: Je denkt mee over kostenbesparing en efficiëntere aankoopprocessen



Jouw profiel

Opleiding: Industrieel ingenieur bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
Ervaring: Relevante ervaring in aankoop binnen de bouwsector
Technisch inzicht: Sterk bouwtechnisch inzicht en prijsbewust
Analyse: Analytisch sterk en nauwkeurig
Communicatie: Vlot en overtuigend in onderhandelingen
Talen: Goede kennis Nederlands en Engels
Werkstijl: Gestructureerd, proactief en resultaatgericht
Mindset: Commercieel ingesteld met oog voor lange termijn relaties

Junior accountant:Als junior accountant ondersteun je het boekhoudteam bij het verwerken van financiële administratie en het voorbereiden van rapportages. Je boekt facturen en bankverrichtingen in, helpt bij btw aangiftes en ondersteunt bij maand en jaarafsluitingen. Daarnaast controleer je cijfers op juistheid en signaleer je eventuele afwijkingen.
