• Proven expertise in ServiceNow Administration, with deep practical knowledge of Configuration Management, ITOM Visibility setup, and CMDB best practices.
• A strong foundation in IT Service Management and IT Asset Management principles, with an ability to see both the strategic and operational value of well-governed data.
• Experience in advising and partnering with senior stakeholders to shape IT strategy and create robust roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the translation of technical insights into actionable recommendations for diverse audiences.
• Fluency in English and proficient communication in French and Dutch, confidently engaging with international and multicultural teams.
